Yes, I mean for an extension of stay based on teaching. I renew that each year. Some of my friends told me that I can't renew the extension of stay if my passport is valid less than six months.

the staff from the immigration gave me the list of the requirements and i show this to the school staff as everything is written in Thai, i show the list to the school staff. and they (the school staff) told me the requirements in English and i found out that the police clearance also is needed. when i ask them (the school staff) about the expiry of police clearance, they have no idea. as it is 5:30 pm already, they cannot ring the IO. anyway, i will request the school staff again to call the IO for the clarification.

I did it in Bangkok. I am a Myanmar national. i did it last year and it has passed a year already. i am now preparing to extend my Non-B visa and i am not sure if there is any expiry date on that.
