so if you have had F&B business in Australia you would know it's totally unprofitable with high Renta and high labour costs. And if you are not a chef you would be subject to a temperamental chef who you would have to tip toe around so as not to upset and the best advice you should be giving is stay away from F&B if you're not a chef but hey we are all entitled to give advice it's up to the recipient to take what he wants
