Anonymous participant 577 Nobody here struggles to afford “a few baht.”

Maybe sort out your own logic first before trying to talk down to people.

Anonymous participant 577 Moreta doesn’t work right now for Personal QR which defeat the purpose. You might as well use the card directly instead of using Moreta.

Do you get paid to get people to use Moreta?

Remember they have monthly limit 30 scans to personal Promptpay QR like street vendors. Once over the limit, they charge 25THB per scan.

for business Promptpay QR scan, it’s unlimited. (Eg. shopping malls, QR with the business name)

Otherwise, it’s truly useful for people who can’t have bank account

Use Thai driving license for TrueMoney if you have one

DTV is accepted to apply at Japanese Embassy.

If you need confirmation, just send them an email.

Might only be convenient for short terms visitors.

You can’t top up THB directly.

You have to exchange your foreign currency to top up at Kbank exchange.

I’m curious why you use Moreta Pay. Is just preference?

Moreta Pay only works with business QR & charge 3%. If the business support business QR, they most likely to support Visa/Master card as payment option.

Why pay Moreta when you can just use your cards?
