Never lose your thai mob no it's easy to top up every do often. Time to visit Thailand in person and face the music. The only way to sort it out, unless they closed your account down?

You sound wet behind the ears, if you use a lawyer in Thailand, watch the bill keep rising.

Why do you need a lawyer, the process is very simple unless you have something to hide and disguise 🤷🏾‍♀️

Still 60 days until an official announcement in the Royal Gazette

No exact implementation date has yet been announced. Until the new regulation takes effect, the current 60-day visa-free stay remains in place.

Sounds like you are being taken for a ride

Whilst you might get an account open, if it hasn't been properly processed a month or so later it could easily be closed

Depends if you got approved with soft power options and a start date for say Muay Thai etc You will need to change the date or pay for a new course .. if a lengthy delay before arriving. No problem for remote working, you are just losing some of the 5 year validity

Anonymous participant 196 Thai authorities will look carefully at those types of applications, many are rejected. They definitely need to do plenty of research before submitting or the B10,000 has gone down the drain.
