What can I do about my high electricity bill in Thailand?

My condo has 2x government rate and pay between 1500-2000 versus normal rate but it's like administration cost included in it I guess and it's clearly stated in the agreement.

I must say though building is always neat and floor on the corridors is cleaner than in my condo, haha. So they really take good care of it.

I did. I'm abroad, in Malaysia currently. But at first I assumed it's only to submit application, not wait the whole, maybe lengthy process with unknown result... Eh.

Yes.

And leaving Malaysia during processing time ---> rejection in case of interview and found that out in passport?

By law? That what concerns me, if it's strictly forbidden, I just can't find confirmation.
