You stated you land in Thailand February 18, you need to show your airline (if asked) that you will leave Thailand before April 18 (60 days), if you leave Thailand on the 19th April you will have overstayed your visa exempt entry

 if you have your ticket to Philippines booked showing you are leaving Thailand before your visa exempt entry expires (April 18) you're good
