It wasn’t that sort of club but I don’t know a word to describe it. It’s called a resort and it’s just a bar where old expats hang out. Not like a Thai bar more like a pub.

They are a rip off for everything. IDP $55 whereas in the UK it’s the equivalent of less that $12.

Did your accommodation in Chiang Mai file a TM30 (they are supposed to)? If so, that is the last place the immigration know you are residing at. I think a new TM30 is required.

Travel insurance as soon as you book your trip so you are covered for cancellation and other losses.
