I applied for Non O Visa ( London Embassy) end of October. It took 20 working days, without any requests for additional information.

I've contacted the Thai Embassy London a few times using -

- and they've answered in 24 hours. When I queried, that my evisa hadn't been issued, they replied that as there was 2 months till my travel date, they'd been prioritising other applications with earlier travel dates

When I was asked for further information from the Thai Embassy London, it took a total of 15 working days from the initial submission to the issue of the evisa.

I used joint bank statement for non o visa in March this year (London Embassy evisa) with double the required balance, which was accepted.

What proof of relationship do I need for my NON-O spouse visa application if my husband is in the UK?

I recently did my non O 90 days based on Thai marriage (proof was Thai Marriage certificate). They weren't happy with my photo and my pension statement, so they asked me for alternatives. So there's no need to worry when you submit evidence, as they are helpful in my experience.
