On retirement you can’t get work permit, need to change to NON B.

30 days. Ask no need, local immigration can extend 30 days. Government fee 1900 baht.

If go agency 3500-5000 to make it easy.

Or border run +- 3000 for another 30 days.

With tourist visa or stamp, only Bangkok bank and without agent in Pattaya usually not open. With student visa stopped opening other banks also recently.

If have non o or non b, any bank pretty much.

That is Pattaya.
