Try Kasikorn Bank Market Village I live here permanently now but I got a Bank account there on a 90 day tourist visa I 2014, but maybe they stop that now, but its worth trying.

OA visa he was here just for that length of stay, I guess its not actually a tourist visa, wrong of me to describe it that way.

I think you must reside here, but K bank did for a friend of mine who visited us here, he had a 90 day tourist visa and it was many years ago now, its probably unlikely now.
