I tell this story to share and help

others who might find themselves in a similar situation.

A few weeks ago I broke two bones in my left foot and was in a bit of pain.

I lost track of my 90 day report and finally today I reported but a couple of weeks late.

I was told of my lateness and I needed to pay 2000 baht, as fine.

I showed my hospital boot, my next hospital appointment and my foot X-ray.

They immediately said all was ok. Even went out and copied my hospital paperwork themselves.

I went there knowing I had to explain my lateness and that I had to take proof.

They were lovely, helpful and caring.

I got wished a speedy recovery.

Khon Kaen Immigration in their new office.
