And by the way this forum is only advice it’s not law or mandatory. It’s up to each individual to verify or disprove advice and make sure they are following thai law. It’s not anyone’s fault but their own if something didn’t go as planned are advised . Take responsibility for your own actions. Todd’s advice is always objective and usually correct but as some of us experienced Thai immigration is not equal in all locations, what may work in one location may not in another. So you want to vote to remove him? Then you should also remove yourself from the forum

what about subsequent 1 year extensions , is it still the 800k baht 2 months before applying? I.e. the second time applying for the retirement extension

what I meant is getting a Non O versus the Non OA is better since on the Non O you do not have to exit every 3 months and do not need insurance and this is of course after you leave And reenter under vida exempt on a 30 day stamp
