My bank told me exactly what I would get but actually it was £120 less.Now I asked for advice here not to be ridiculed

To be honest nobody can explain why I’lost’£129. My bank charged£9 and my Thai bank charged 360 bhart .So It must have been some hidden charge I was not aware and still not aware of!!! I will not do that again!

yes I got 43 bhart to the pound, but some how I paid £120 which is a huge amount. I was wondering if I had a bank draft made when I visit UK and pay that into my Thai bank would that mean I save?

good luck with that. I had great difficulty . I came here on 60 day Visa and now have 1 year education visa .. going to learn Thai x2 a week. This allows me time to decide what I want to do. DM me if you need any other help

Disgusting speaking out with no understanding or knowledge. Just makes my blood boil.Stereotypical isn’t it . Thai women would not be viewed like this if western men didn’t go there ‘seeking a bride’
