You wont be able to board the flight unless you've got a return or onward travel within 30 days. You're only stamped in for 30 days without a visa and the airlines know this, they'll want to see a return or onward travel within that 30 days.

You'll need a return/onward travel within 30 days if you dont get a tourist visa. Much easier and cheaper to get the single entry Tourist evisa before you leave.
