There will be attendants at auto stations so just ask them.. couldn't get a read on my passport so mine was done manually and stamped.

It could be so many different things but stick with it as it does work. I once couldn't even get on the site on my phone as it recognised my phone as A robot so had to complete on another phone.

No problem..I spent over 100 days in thai this year as fly in fly out tourist only using dtac.
