Don't pay more than 1 month in advance. If you have a rental agreement and the deposit is payed, it should be okay.

nope, it's not automatically. You need to apply for it and get usually 7 days extension to leave. Today you might apply for covid extension, but that would be a separate story.

Filipina are usually hired for +/- 20k and unpaid during school holidays. If you'd be a teacher here, you'd know it. Probably you're just another wanker who loves to mess-up this group.

Try to avoid the agencies. Ask for minimum 30k and make sure it's for 12 month contract and last but not least: Don't listen to the NES wankers who can't find a job as they've never seen a school from inside.
