Has it been confirmed as yet, now that domestic flights are restarting, whether international arrivals into the Phuket Sandbox can be made via connecting flights through BKK?

There was talk right at the start of the sandbox scheme to allow transit via Bangkok, however it became apparent that this wasn’t going to be allowed. You can transit Bangkok if using the Samui scheme as long as the tickets are booked together. Whether they’ll change the rules for Phuket once domestic flights start back up again is anyone’s guess at this point.
