According to the posters in condos, renting short term(daily/weekly) is “illegal”. Renting month to month with written contract is fine. Airbnb is just a middle man. OP said 6 months. No legal issues there. However, Airbnb contract may not be honored by the bank. Better to have an actual rental agreement filled in by the host/guest.
Is it possible to just pay the fee to get the extension then file the TM30 after? My landlord is not cooperating and there might not be enough time to sort it before end of the month.
