 there's nothing wrong with the rates at xchange kiosks in tourist areas, as there is competition. TT or Superrich are probably the best choices.

I did mine (non-o, retirement) this morning and it was approved within 90 minutes. I didn't have to fill any of those fields.

 what part is illegal if an employer hires him and fulfills all requirements? The payment of the "fee"? Wake up! Here in Thailand all higher positions need to be bought.
