Why are you worried when you apply for the new passport here in Thailand

You keep the old one until your new one comes to Thailand

Once your new passport comes through you will be given a form for fill in and sign

You also need a form from the thai immigration website to fill in and sign

You have to do a full colour copy of both of the passport's

And be warned that the thai immigration in BKK will also ask you for your bank book and a copy of the statement for the year

All depends on your bank but you will need to ask your bank how long it will take

I have been given the immigration in Bkk my condo rental agreement for the last 7 years, with a letter from the landlord and a copy of her Id and the tm30 with a copy of the blue book

the tm30 is for your landlord or hotel to report to the immigration that you are staying in their hotel or condo, its just another way to keep a eye on us

I have used the public health services and have found it works fine it's not a free service but it's a lot cheaper than private hospitals as for the insurance you have to pay a lot for a good service

I have a mate that had the insurance it cost him
