yes the family do have to file a tm30, that's if your Aunt is going to apply for the 30 day extension

In that case your host family will be best to do the tm30 within the first 24 hours of your Aunts arrival at there house,

If they don't file the tm30 the immigration she will not get the 30 day's + your host family will be fined

you can use the government hospitals, you still have to pay for the service but it's a lot cheaper than private hospitals

rubbish my Bangkok bank has a lot of people that can speak English and understand, as for tilling them want it is that you need it's not a problem as for standing in a line that's no longer a problem with immigration just book a appointment and turn up 10 min before your appointment has been made
