It depends on what quality of life you want to have really. Generally speaking, 50,000 baht is to be living in CBD of Bangkok. Think twice though.

I do not think so. It would be very risky if you get caught at a police checkpoint and may have to pay for a huge fine. I would wait for the next day, early in the morning.
