Yes, Robert is right. I asked if I could use a brokerage statement for application and they told me no it has to be cash in a checking or savings account. A single page bank print out showing current balance was sufficient to get approved. I simply transferred the minimum requirement for my brokerage account printed out my statement on that day, and submitted application. I did create a PDF showing both statements just in case. But that should not be relevant for approval.
Several people in the comments seem to say that you’re supposed to stay in the jurisdiction where you applied, but I don’t see any evidence of that on the Evisa website. It simply states that you have to apply from the location you are in, which is exactly what I did. I applied for a soft power DTV visa with all the documents that I can show, if it is not approved as it is there is no further documentation in person interview i can provide.
Congrats. Can i ask where you are scheduled for dental work and what reason? I want to do some teeth straightening like braces or Invisalign. I was wondering if this will get approved?
