If you have a married certificate yes you can get this house but not 100%

In another case I saw them visit the government and let's the government write behind house document (cha-nod) *Mr.... Can get benefits from this house if sale or rent.

No worries over stay 500/days , Some situations may be exempt from fines, depending on the discretion of the immigration officer at the airport.

Jeff Fouble for my opinion is very life in Thailand with 2,800$ (about 90,000/month)

But for the first year (my immigration area ) first year you have to show a statement of 800,000 THB (3 months)

And the second year can show pension ka 😊

MOre than enough and comfortable πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜Š just for immigration is not enough amount to show on statement for visa ,but have way out ...good luck ka πŸ™πŸ»
