Are you sure you know what you're talking about and that you understood correctly? 200 THB is the minimum amount for card payments (unless something has changed recently), not an extra cost. Personally, I don't use the Wise card, but it seems pretty unlikely that such an amount would be charged for a card transaction - especially when using solutions like Wise.

This won't work. These QR codes have a different use.

I haven't used it myself, but if the only way to top up is through a foreign exchange booth, it doesn't seem very cost-effective in the long run. You still need foreign cash, and exchange rates at those places are typically unfavorable. It might make sense for short-term tourists in Thailand, but I don't think it's worth it for long-term residents. It also likely depends on how much you usually spend. While it's convenient that it supports QR payments, overall, I personally don't find it better than options like Revolut, etc.

Oh, yeah, it's perfectly fine to ban people for using intelligent sarcasm and encouraging others to use their brains to solve problems, but there's nothing wrong with writing primitive insults.
