Extension of Stay not possible for you because with an Extension of Stay application you have to report proof of payment of employee taxes both Farang and the 2-4 Thai Employee for every Farang employee or Director

I live with Thai Company Law, the range of the number of Thai Employees per Farang employee ranges from 2 to 4 depending on declared registered capital. I notice I do not see anyone who says differently posting links to Thai Law
