there's a law been around a while. . But so far as I'm aware it's not enforced. I've booked via booking dot Com for 2 nights and 26 nights. There are a lot of things that aren't enforced.

it's officially illegal but it's not enforced and so long as it's agreed by owner and the condos office, there is usually no problem. I rent my condo out, and security know who stays. Any issue/ problem caused is dealt with by my manager. I am renting a different condo for myself next week, for 26 days.

I'm an owner. And I also rent from other owners sometimes. Not had a problem at all. I'm about to stay in a condo for 25 days.

Sarcasm is annoying but to be expected on some posts. I can scroll by. The bit that I don't like is targeting individuals, sending abusive personal messages.

You don't have a visa, you will be on a visa exempt entry. That can only be extended once each entry.
