I did it on a visa exempt (extended to give enough days), I have a condo and someone who spoke Thai helped me. They didn't tell me about insurance till I'd done everything. . I was so annoyed but after an hour waiting, leaving and coming back next day with extension, an hour doing application, I didn't want to leave without my account. 5,000 tbt ins, no need to renew this. The only thing that was a real problem for me was 2 forms of photo id.

my flights from UK to Phuket have included 2 flights with different airlines. Because they were partner airlines baggage was transferred between flights, and no need to collect.

in what way is it more complicated? I think it's easier now because tickets I've bought are sold to include transit flight links with baggage going on to destination.

I'd check with airline asap about baggage. So did they or you book 2 separate tickets?

UK are not entitled to visa on arrival that you pay for at airport. We get up to 30 days entry with no visa.

the NHS isnt in a state because of non British born people. In fact if it wasn't for so many non-British doctors, surgeons, nurses, ancillary staff it would be in a worse crisis. If you want to blame anyone, blame the govt.
