Yes it cost me plenty as I had to go to Laos and get another 3 month Non 'O' visa wait 2 months then reapply using my standard bank account (blue book)..

Nakhon Phanom Immigration mate, I had a Bangkok Bank fixed term deposit which they refused to accept.
