Pattaya immigration wont care less where you have been prior to arriving in pattaya, or whether a TM30 was done. If you go to phuket next week, they wont care that you have been in pattaya or if a TM30 has been filled..
TM28 is mostly not enforced,when it is, it is to advise a change of permanent address.. In reality you only have to worry about a TM30 for the area where you will be visiting immigration.
Usually any foreign marriage documents need to be translated then certified by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in BKK. The translation may be ok but MFA needs to certify it.
, if you are presenting proof of, dont be silly enough to show a Thai bank account or a long term lease etc, That just helps them determine you are not a tourist.
