Good morning! I got my 90 day Single Entry Non-O Visa based on marriage to a Thai. I am wondering from when can you apply for the one year extension. Is it 45 days before the expiry date?

Thanks in advance!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The standard practice for applying for a one year extension on a Single Entry Non-O Visa is to do so between 30 to 45 days before your current visa expires, depending on the immigration office you are using. Some offices, like the one in Chiang Mai, allow applications with 45 days or less remaining on your entry stamp.

Chiang Mai Immigration office lets you apply for an extension when you have 45 days or less left on your current entry stamp.

It could depend on the office you use, usually 30 days before , don't forget you need 60 days to season 400k.
