Do I need to answer questions about yellow fever vaccination if I'm traveling from the UK to Thailand?

That yellow fever vaccination option only appear when you travel from some high risk country. If you are from UK and have no recent travel history to those countries(eg. africa), that option will not appear and you don't need to answer that question.
