yet the YouTube video is from July. An agent discussing his business and the process he is using to open bank accounts that you claim is impossible to do. I think you are the one with outdated information.

nope that is not at all how it works. The agent opens the account and deposits funds. The bank freezes the account. You with the agent apply for and receive the Non-O. Agent returns to bank with proof of Non-O. Bank unfreezes account. As I said you are clueless of what services are being offered currently by Pattaya agents. These services are being discussed in interviews on YouTube, no need to take my word on it just look it up.
