3 Thai wife’s ID card

4 Thai wife’s Tabian Baan (House Registration)

Confirm your full address and provide a a map to your residence in Thailand. 4 A simple map of your location in Thai language (not from google map)

5 Photos showing you and your wife together (Inside of the House, Family Picture, Outside of the House)

6 Copy of your personal bank book showing 400,000 THB in your bank account deposited at least 3 months prior to visa application.

7 Bank Guarantee and Bank Statement from last 3 months issued and signed by the bank.
