I assume you go to CW. Yes 2 weeks wait if you get it there. You could plead your situation with them or maybe your embassy can do it quicker but more expensive?

if you get the Non O 90 day first you have that time to wait. I’m doing the same right now and go soon to get the extension

If your marriage is registered maybe you should apply for a 90 day non O visa based on a Thai spouse then after that get an extension. You would need 400,000 Baht in a Thai bank for 2 months prior. As Tod always says, slog it out to your local Immigration office and get a handout. Good luck

Got the β€˜maybe’ required Khor Lor 2 today at our local amphur after we rang where we originally registered our wedding and they told us any amphur can do it. Cost 1 Baht and very quick tooπŸ˜‚πŸ˜„

we have the originals too but seem to remember information that if you’ve been the registration has been longer than a year, we would need an updated letter. I’d like to risk it but will get it just in case
