and its useless. You basically buying a new visa and take more days then going 2 days in vietnam or Philippines. For same price.

Actually nobody knows, because every situation is different. It can have interview or not. The more your case looks exotic the more youll probably have interview. Same for delays. Expect 2 3 weeks
