yup I was one of them. First entry with DTV, only one stay previous on tourist visa, no border bounce, asked a million questions, proof of where I’m staying, asked to see my business website, live banking details etc. was out of control, made me feel as if I was doing something wrong. Terrible experience lol but apparently it’s rare so 🤷‍♂️

to be honest I think it would be pretty confusing for them. A business registered for one thing but then getting money from another, I don’t think they’d allow it. Why don’t you sign up to Muay Thai school or something and try that route ?

Attach business / company registration documents and tax returns

yep, tbh wouldn’t surprise me at all if it’s done purposefully. So many people constantly posting the same issues yet they do nothing about it. Free money from everyone having to reapply

wow this also happened to me and I just accepted my fate and applied again lol

I think it’s because Thai laws and penalties are known for being brutal, as well as the jails lol, foreigners including myself are just paranoid of getting into legal trouble regarding tax. Can you really blame them

yeah but even he has no idea what’s going on lol he’s done videos where he is just so exhausted and mentally drained about the whole situation he said he literally gives up. Pretty bad news when “lawyers” dont even know wtf the regulations or rules are

yes but like David said, doing a border run does not reset your 180 days in Thailand per year. Unless by border run you mean leaving after 6 months and staying in Cambodia for 6 months too then returning?
