You live in your world because you are just a dreamer,so you tip the cleaning woman who cleans your hotel room with QR ,you buy in the small markets in the villages with QR, you by crabs at the sea side village with QR, you just don’t live.I live in this world all over you just live where you can use your QR you wouldn’t know know how to live outside of your small world.
Don’t talk rubbish we were at a very big mall in bkk yesterday and people were using cash all the time. We used cash for everything we did, how do you pay a tip? When we were out with my son he used a QR all the time so each to there own.
why don’t you read what I wrote, you were the one that said cash is dead not me.Yes you could pay by QR but it is not everyone’s choice, stop trying to justify QR.What you were trying to say is everyone is using QR but they are not.
I am here in bkk right now and have just been out to a noodle shop to eat both my wife and I took note not one person used code all paid with cash. Your point was that it is now 2025 and everyone uses code to buy with ,it is just not true. You may use it all the time but it is not for all and cash should always be an option.I used my card the whole time in NZ but still have the choice of cash.
Try going out of bkk there are thousands if not millions of people in Thailand wouldn’t even know what you are talking about.Wasn’t that long ago in Thailand they didn’t even have debit cards that were being used in other countries. Where I come from they are just bringing in the code form of payment now, we have a restaurant and no one has asked to use the system yet.I don’t use it anywhere.
great to be a dreamer, you think Thailand is that far ahead of the rest of the world, haven’t seen any other country go cashless yet and not likely to either.
I am not talking days, how many transactions happen per minute, filled your car can’t pay,got to check out can’t pay,I bet if you are right up with the times you can’t even wait 10 minutes.
