I have friends that have made millions off of it. They invested around 8 years back, before the craze haha.

Me personally, I tend to invest in real estate and development projects only and that market has a high roi as well if you know what you are doing.

Use only trustworthy and reliable agents with a history of delivering the goods, including a full refund slip. If they do not guarantee a full refund, do not do business with them because they are a scam

Banks have savings plans which includes life insurance and a bunch of other things in 1 package. They have like 5 year plans, 10, 15 and so on. If you have an account I would go visit them for more details

dont have to if you use a good agent with good standing. But as I said that service is expensive because there are outside costs involved. They will offer u a full refund if they cant get you the visa. Your 4 options without leaving the country would be:

Marriage- can work

ED- cannot work

Volunteer - cannot work

Dependent - not sure if can work nor not.

Do a dependent visa if u have a kid that depends on you. You can still do a marriage visa but it will be expensive if you are on a budget.

Wealthy businessmen and experts first,

Married to thai and work permit second.

If you have been offered a job, shouldnt they assist you in taking care of your visa? Companies have to do some paperwork for you to be able to get a non b, but I heard it is pretty difficult now because of the pandemic and Thailand strict guidelines at the moment (looking like the near future will be strict as well so if u get out it will be hard to come back in unless you are prioritized). You could circumvent and try to get a visa through a language school but you will have to attend classes. Either that or get a volunteer visa. This is only my perspective and experience.
