All schools are private, some registred some not. there is no gov. school for DL as long as I know.

PS: Schools are not allowed to deliver license, some give attestation but it has no value.

in surat they use a small circuit, bridge, some road sign etc... but only at the driving license dep. (konson) for the DL test. All schools train candidates on roads.

Its VERY basic, so when wife or daughter get the DL its better to continue the training of your family yourself.
