Gary Sorsa look smart arse, I've lived here 22y, Krungsri have been brilliant to me. I'm happy somebody benefits from my experience. So many times I here about Bangkok bank, and yes I had an account there once but not anymore. Krungsri gave me a credit card & one for my thai wife linked to our joint account, also a joint card for my day to day account, never been blocked once ever, once I retired here I have never worked anywhere nor want to, nor have to. My frozen gov: pension pays for my tablets every month, I will tell you one more thing Bangkok Phuket Hospital are brilliant. I first had a 1y o visa then O retirement visa. Around 3 years ago cos I'm a platinum customer, why I don't know they gave me a 2000 b voucher for Starbucks, we made 4 trips to Starbucks and enjoyed coffee & cake thankyou Krungsri. So even though you mentioned Bangkok bank in your 5-word answer to me I have said so much more. Oh yes one more thing, when other banks need 1 week to get a letter for you for immigration for your visa, guess how long I have to wait, 10 mins (same day). Krungsri are Brilliant. Oh one more thing the last time I went to my branch 3 weeks ago, I was 5th in line & there were 2 tellers on duty, as soon as one was free I was called up, I guess cos I'm a platinum customer.
