hi mate I’m on retirement visa I’ve been to the agent I normally use for some matters I live with my girlfriend and don’t have a rental agreement yellow book I’m going to see the agent again this afternoon see what they can do to help if anything

thank you I’m only opening another account so I don’t have to use ATM for cash and can use online banking etc I’m going Bangkok next week to Bangkok Bank problem like so many others lol

I wouldn’t take there word for it if it was me give your money back hahaha yeah. There staff at each bank must be totally overwhelmed with people turning up with same problem didn’t think this through very well I’m definitely changing banks like many people I have to travel the length of the country to get my money back absolutely crazy
