I am doing marriage visa for the past 8 years, just 400k for 3 months before renewal

Are you legally allowed to stay in any country the day after the visa has expired? Does that answer your question?

just remember if you go there with the application form to prove that you were right and they were wrong just do not argue with the officials in any country just do not debate with them just show and say how can they help as it was not your mistake that’s all 

If you have the application form proof then print it out and go to the immigration office same counter and show it to them, it’s that simple

over there they deal with TPR ( Thailand Permanent Residence) too, in fact even I want to apply it, but as I don't work so I might not be eligible for it

I might be wrong, it happed to my friend, that’s why I know, usually, either all the countries or most of the countries will allow if passport validity is more than 6 months. That’s applicable for tourist visas. But if you are working or living or retired in Thailand or long term visa or what so ever, you will not be denied as you are eligible for passport renewal at your country embassy within Thailand

Whatever you transfer from your country to Thailand, keep the official records, proof, when time comes you can prove that the money has been sent from overseas to Thailand and the same can send it back from Thailand to overseas 

What sort of Non O visa are we talking here? Is it retirement visa? Please clarify, thank you
