Hey guys just an update I went to immigration and handed my letter of cancellation with my passport, and it came back with the cancellation stamp and no overstay and nothing to pay, got lucky I guess.
Well from what I have read clearly he thinks that you are on the wrong Visa. Best to get on the the correct Visa especially if you traveling in and out and for long periods of time. The old days are gone when you can do Visa runs to other countries. Beat to get the Visa that suits your needs. This is never a happy ending but you can make it right by getting the correct Visa.
