The answer is clearly : No. Please don’t believe the misinformed folks or the liars: there are plenty on here.

It’s very simple: if any physical work is made inside Thailand then you need a work permit. Even voluntary work is not allowed under a DTV. DTV is ONLY for remote and digital working. Got my answer from the BOI in Bangkok. You can’t get more official answer than that. I would recommend you to ask them directly and not Facebook…

There is no more cheap internal flights BKK to HKT. They are almost all fully booked . Crazy . The whole planet is pouring into Thailand. I guess you have to enjoy the highways for tourists …

Yes. But money can stay in a foreign bank account (no need yo transfer in a Thai bank account and to let it there sleeping): it’s a one time show when you apply (1 bank statement ) then you can spend it all the day after you get the visa. No need to keep the money above a limit . No stupid things like this.
