Will getting a COVID-19 booster shot affect my PCR test for entry to Thailand?

No. I had my booster 4 days before I travelled. I asked the medical staff about any effect and they said absolutely not. Tested negative prior to departure and again on arrival.

 They call it a one stop shop. However not sure if they can do scanning. Go in the afternoon, I believe it's a bit quieter. Took me 75 mins for visa extension this morning. And as a bonus, it's located in a shopping centre. Air conditioning and good toilets if you require.

Try Hua Hin. Enough open to keep you entertained but not if you are looking to party. Very quiet and very little covid. Beach is nice but not spectacular. 1700 baht by private car from Bangkok.
