Definitely how can they say no job description I supplied a 10 year CV, plus certificates of training and work contracts, I was angry and sent them over 20 e-mails one word answer then no response to any E-mail
I'm not sure that they received all the documents on the e-visa, as when you upload a document, you can only see the last one you uploaded. I was rejected because there was no information about the job description in HCMC. This is why I'm not sure they received all the documents. I will reapply after that, but I will only do it at an embassy where you walk in.
So many people jumping on the DTV will be 100% hit with the Thai Tax, very crafty way of bringing them in, especially many have been having to prove income and their bank accounts and even pay slips.
They said not enough job detail, although I sent them 3 company contracts detailing what I do, and an extremely detailed CV with goes back many years, supplied seamans book with vessel stamps everything, then the other reason not enough proof of remote work, I wasn't applying as a remote worker I was applying as a freelance Workation status, also only asked me 2 times for further documentation the status bar was always on processing apart from the time they asked when it changed to request more documents.
If they see anything they don't understand they won't ask questions it's just an instant Rejection as they are too proud to admit they don't understand it's not right and very unprofessional.
Watch out because I applied as a freelance worker, as I work on a freelance basis around the globe, I sent everything they asked including an explanation of the nature of my work, plus invitation letters from major companies and a contract from this year that stated I was contracting as a freelance inspection Engineer - they asked only 2 times for extra documents, and my status was Processing - Then I got a rejection E-mail at midnight 😓 I now realize I should of done it through the Soft power route
