I have a house here in Chiang mai that I put and sell this is why I have to extend my stay here and no place to live in france only I could go visiting my daughter resident in monaco and stepson monégasque. They sent me a letter addressed to the monaco consulat in bangkok and told them I cannot go back In monaco border of Italy is in quarantaine ...so if I have a letter from Monaco consulat would that work with a French passport ? I can show also paperwork from my property ...if any help ..thank you
