Does anybody know if when applying for non imm o based on marriage , does the marriage certificate have to be translated into English as mines in Thai .
Im thinking if it needs to translated ill stick with tourist visa , if not ill go for non imm o.
thanks Stuart. Im leaning towards tourist visa now if theres less requirements. Ive never had a problem at airline desk showing return ticket after the 60 days , I did explain once that i extend the visa and they were fine , i realise it can be problematic 👍
Does anybody know if the requirements for tourist visa and non imm o visa are the same , i realise non imm o would require uploading marriage certificate , but is that the only difference?
