To be clear, these are for ANY foreign nationals in Cambodia wishing to enter Thailand, or for Cambodian nationals only?

As a US passport holder going from Siem Reap by air to Bangkok, will I still be able to get the visa exempt on arrival, or will I need to apply in advance for the eVisa? This is getting sort of complicated. THANK YOU from a first-timer!!!

@Ricky *****
even for trip delay or trip cancellation, or coverage for lost or damaged luggage it would be worth it.

For me that may be still a year or two away (i.e. Panama, etc.).

based on the journey's total price and coverage type it actually only adds $242 to a $3000 trip.

Can I visit on a Visa Exempt status (US citizen and full-blown tourist) for 60 days in Bangkok; go to Cambodia for 30 days, then back to Chiang Mai for a month; before flying out to Vietnam for 3 months and Kuala Lumpur for 3 months? And still come back to Thailand 7 months later and get another 60 days? Going to do the slow-travel experience for a few years.
